Effective January 1, 2021, as permitted by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Monarch Life Insurance Company will no longer mail paper copies of variable products shareholder reports. This includes the following: 
      • Annual Underlying Fund Reports (available on or about March 1)
      • Underlying Funds Semi-Annual Reports (available on or about September 1)
      • 1st and 3rd Quarterly Holdings

The above reports will be made available on the following website http://monarchlife.info.

You may elect to continue to receive all future shareholder reports in paper, mailed to the address of record on your policy, free of charge, by calling customer service at 1-800-544-0049 or by putting your request in writing and mailing it to Monarch Life Insurance Company Service Center, P.O. Box 19100, Greenville, South Carolina 29602 . Your election to receive shareholder reports in paper will apply to all shareholder reports available to you under your Monarch Life Insurance Company variable insurance product until such time that you elect to receive them electronically.
